As a Business Excellence Manager your key focus would be to drive adherence to the implementation plan laid out by Strategy Function. This involves new capability development and cross functional OKR monitoring/evaluation by constantly improving predictability across the organization which defines success in this role.
This role will report to the Head of Strategy and work closely with all business functions to execute Janio’s strategic objectives, course corrections, defining, and managing KPIs.
