Janio is a cross-border logistics platform that provides an integrated end-to-end logistics solution to merchants across Southeast Asia (SEA). At our core we operate as a smart logistics solutions provider, serving merchants and logistics partners and connecting industry players across the globe.

Through Janio, we strive to create a truly integrated network that brings together every key player to become the backbone supporting SEA’s growing e-commerce ecosystem. Looking ahead, our platform would look to incorporate elements of AI and machine learning to provide a suite of smart solutions for real-time tracking, route optimization, warehouse management and dynamic forecasting to truly become a data-intelligent platform.


Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio is looking for Operations Lead who will be responsible for overseeing operations and customer support for the Philippines market. 


  • Play a leading role in planning and executing the market’s operational objectives which include performance management, cost management and capability building
  • Own the market’s Operational KPIs including on-time delivery, dispute management and cost optimisation
  • Actively monitor vendor performance and costs through the success implementation and execution of sustainable processes 
  • Build and monitor dashboards to derive insights from data to drive decision making
  • Drive the development of country level capabilities across Freight, Customs, First Mile, Last Mile and Fulfilment by establishing partnerships with vendors
  • Collaborate and work closely with the market’s commercial lead to ensure customer success through the implementation of monitoring and hyper-care processes
  • Develop, manage and oversee processes for hub management, daily operational processes, escalation management and shipment coordination
  • Manage the market’s operational P/L by maintaining tight control and oversight over costs
  • Execute administrative tasks, processes and any other operational duties assigned by the HQ Operations and the Market Head of Operations

  • Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain Management / Business Management. Related experience in ecommerce logistics and/or cross-border ecommerce is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of logistics across the First Mile, Last Mile, Air Freight and Customs is preferred
  • Prior experience in managing operational costs, pricing and P/L would be an added advantage
  • Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with data to derive insights for decision making
  • Digital literacy skills including Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • A self-starter who works well in a team and can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and hyper-growth environment
