Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio is looking for an Operations Excellence Associate to join our Operations team. As an Operations Excellence Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring our operational data for trends and escalating issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
The Operations Excellence Associate will handle the day-to-day monitoring of our end-to-end operational performance. This includes identifying parcels that are outside of our SLA at each stage of parcel collection and delivery, escalating these parcels to our internal operations teams, and providing HQ with status updates at the end of day.
The role will report to the Head of Operations and work closely with the relevant stakeholders within the operations organization to ensure that potential issues are identified early and flagged to the relevant teams. A successful candidate will:
●Run a rigorous and regular process of daily escalations
●Understand the parcel collection and delivery process over time
●Understand the different escalation channels within our company
●Identify trends ahead of time and flag them up to senior management
●Carry out administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the company
●Entry level / fresh grads are welcome to apply
●Logistics experience is preferred but not compulsory
●Fluency in written and verbal English due to need to liaise with internal stakeholders
●Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
●Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
●Able to work shift hours and a 5.5-day work week
