Gearing upfor the next growth stage, Janio is looking for a Customer Service Executive tojoin our Operations team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will beresponsible for attending to customer enquiries at the warehouse and ensuringthat customers are satisfied with our service.



The Customer Service Executive will handle the overall customer serviceissues and some administrative duties of the warehouse. This includes managingcustomer queries and escalating complaints across to management and otherstakeholders. The role will also be assisting with the administrative dutieslike handling unplanned returns and parcels, processing orders and facilitatingcash-on-delivery process.

The role will report to the CountryHead of Operations and work closely with the relevant stakeholders likeservice partners and other departments to ensure the smooth running of thewarehouse. A successful candidate will:

     Maintain a positive and professionalattitude towards customers

     Responding promptly to customerinquiries

     Communicating with customers andrelevant stakeholders through the appropriate channels

     Resolving and acknowledging customercomplaints

     Knowing the logistic process and howthe warehouse works to answer inquiries

     Providing feedback on the efficiencyof customer service process

     Ensuring customer satisfaction andprovide professional customer support

     Carry out administrative duties andother tasks assigned by the company



     Minimum 3 year working experience incustomer service in the logistics or courier industry

     Logistics experience is preferred

     Fluency in written and verbal BahasaMalaysia & English is a must; fluency in Mandarin / Tamil will be advantageous.

     Communication skills to liaise withrelevant stakeholders

     Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice, Word and Excel

     5.5-day work week
