The successful candidate will be
The success candidate will oversee:
Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses
Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
Responsible for sales goals to aid in achieving targets
Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
Qualify all internal and external lead sources and manage to convert them to our client
Maximize all opportunities to secure new business by providing account facilities to customer
Update all activities in HUBSPOT (Janio’s sales reporting tool) in a timely manner
Able to support the negotiation process of rates, terms and condition of an agreement
Able to close new business with new and existing customers by carrying out the following:
Gather information about customer’s business products and process, and their transportation challenge through face-to-face contact
Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers
Able to do sales presentation with confidence to internal and external stakeholders
THE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in a similar position within the logistics/ forwarding industry.
Excellent customer service feeling, communication skills and commercial acumen
Good organization, coordination and multi-tasking skills
Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven business development / sales record will be advantage
Independent and responsible
