The Role 职位职责
The successful candidate will 成功的候选人将：
- Develop sales pipeline and onboard new clients to the Company in China, achieving the set targets and revenue 通过维护和发展客户，引导公司自有品牌在中国大陆地区发展和销售，完成公司要求的销售目标和毛利。
- Actively source and create sales pipelines, onboard and grow new accounts within China 经销商管理与开发：维护并积极开发国内主要销售渠道
- Devise and implement sales action plans related to the respective markets (by segment and geographical location) 依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的业务拓展活动
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, which includes cold calling, sales proposal, contract negotiation, etc, to fully onboard client 完成客户需求沟通、方案出具、合同谈判等重要环节
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction 内部沟通协作，确保公司内部营运顺利与客户满意度
- Analyze the client’s needs and devise a sound and reasonable sales plan to establish long term partnership and Company’s revenue growth. 深度挖掘客户需求，寻求创新合作模式及业务增长点
